First of all, Welcome!

            We’re glad you found us and want you to know that you are always welcome here! 

    We know that there are many things to consider when visiting a church, but one thing remains constant: our love for and faith in Jesus Christ.  We at Nipomo Community Presbyterian Church are a Reformed community of Christians who seek to reflect God’s love as we meet the spiritual and personal needs in our community and the world.

            God’s love and grace are the central themes of our ministry and provide the focus for Biblical sermons, inspirational music, and children’s education programs that are guided by dedicated trained professionals.

Nursery Care – ages 5 and under

    The greeters will be delighted to direct you and your child to the Nursery.  You are also welcome to have your children with you for all or part of the service.

    If you have a child attending worship with you, the greeters will be happy to provide you with crayons and an activity sheet for him or her to enjoy.

    Most families have their younger children with them through the opening part of the service until they are invited up to the front of the church to hear the Children’s Sermon.  At the conclusion of the Children’s Sermon, they are excused to accompany the other children to Sunday School or may return to sit next to you.

Worship Service

            As you enter the church doors you will receive a warm welcome from one of our greeters. You will be handed our weekly bulletin that includes the order of the service, a sermon outline, announcements about upcoming events, and a prayer list.

            Please feel free to sit anywhere you like.  If you have a child attending worship with you, the greeters will be happy to provide you with crayons and an activity sheet for him or her to enjoy. When you are seated, you will find a Bible and hymnal in the sleeve located on the back of the seat in front of you.

             At the conclusion of the service, we hope that you will join us for coffee and fellowship.  As newcomers to our church, we realize that there may be a lot to comprehend. Rest assured that we’ll guide you every step of the way.
